Vladimir Kotlyar Rescue Team Leader
Vlad has been with the SES for almost 7 years, always in North Sydney. He arrived in Australia as political refuge from the former USSR in early 90's and felt that he wanted to give something back to Australia, which has given him a new and safe home.
He enjoys new challenges and the variety of training that the SES offers.
Vlad has participated in number of emergencies including 2001 Fires. As Team Leader he takes teams out to the field for a large variety of jobs.
